Odambo Michael

Team Lead

Odambo is a technology and business development professional with experience in developing digital solutions for businesses, entrepreneurs, and agricultural enterprises. His work focuses on using technology to improve business management, operational efficiency, financial visibility, and decision-making.

He is the Co-founder of Xpert Farmer, a digital farm management platform designed to help farmers and agribusinesses manage their operations as structured businesses.

Through Startups for Startups, he is committed to supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in transforming ideas into sustainable ventures through technology, innovation, mentorship, and practical business solutions.

Simon Nyabwengi

Head of Business Development Services

Simon is an experienced Business Development Services (BDS) trainer who has supported entrepreneurs through programs including NYOTA, KCB 2Jiajiri, Sote Hub’s Blue Economy Program, and Equity Bank entrepreneurship initiatives.

He is also an ILO-certified GYB, IYB, and EYB trainer, with expertise in helping entrepreneurs develop practical skills in starting, managing, growing, and improving their businesses.

His work focuses on supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and MSMEs to turn business ideas into viable and sustainable ventures.

He also provides practical training and mentorship aimed at strengthening existing businesses and helping entrepreneurs overcome challenges affecting growth and sustainability.
